What Belief Is Keeping You Stuck?
It’s not the work — it’s how you think about it.
Again and again, I hear agency founders share why they stay buried in the weeds of their business. On the surface, the reasons look different. Underneath, they’re all about belief.
One founder told me: “If I’m not the one doing, things will slip through the cracks.”
Another was certain: “My clients only want me — they won’t accept anyone else.”
A third admitted: “If I don’t have the rush of being in the weeds, I’m not valuable anymore. And honestly, I don’t know what I should be doing instead.”
And another believed: “If I’m not knee-deep in the work, I’m not making money.”
Different words. Different stories. But all of them share the same result: stuck in the weeds, unable to trust their team, exhausted and unsure of how to step fully into leadership.
This is the work I do with my clients: unraveling those beliefs so they can see them for what they are — fears in disguise. Together, we look at what’s really true, what’s just a story, and what’s possible on the other side.
When the belief shifts, so does the behavior.
Instead of clinging to the doing, they begin releasing it to their team.
Instead of questioning their value, they step into their leadership with confidence.
The cracks don’t appear — the team fills them.
Clients don’t leave — they deepen their trust.
And money doesn’t stop flowing — the agency grows stronger because it’s not bottlenecked by one person.
