Ready to love your business again?

So many entrepreneurs I meet admit to letting the day-to-day grind of running their business take over.  If you know what I mean by being “ready to love your business again”, you might be having signs of burn-out (or worse), so keep reading – this IS for you,

When you’re lost in the weeds it’s easy to lose sight of the bigger picture and forget what got you passionate about your business in the first place.

Next thing you know, the work that once lit you up leaves you feeling uninspired.

Many years ago, this happened to me while I was running my successful web consulting business.

Busy-ness crept into my days and it wasn’t long before the work I truly loved was taking a back seat to the fires I was fighting, the emails I was answering and the boring backend details clamouring for my attention.

The joy and passion I once had for my beautiful business had evaporated.

My story didn’t have an immediate happy ending.

By the time I realized what had happened, I had completely fallen out of love with my business … and as a result, I burnt it all down.

Working with my coach and surrounded by my business buddies, I was able to rekindle my spark and ultimately found another path that fires me up.

Now it’s my mission to prevent burnout from creeping into your business.

When it comes to loving your business I could give you a laundry list of hacks to rekindle the romance:

=> Take breaks

=> Practice self-care

=> Delegate more

Yes, these are important but the reality is you’re too smart to apply quick fixes.  Likely, you’re looking for something much more meaningful and sustainable.

There is one powerful secret that I wish I’d known when I started my business.

Something so simple, yet it took me 20 years of running my business to figure it out.

And it’s this …

Always stay connected to your brilliance.

Your brilliance is your gift, your craft, your genius … and it’s what lights you up and makes you shine.

It’s why your clients come to you.

Never allow your brilliance to take a backseat to busy-ness.

And that is the simple yet powerful secret to keeping the love alive in your business.
