You know that horrible dream when you’re caught on a treadmill and the faster you run the faster you go nowhere?

Ever feel like running your business is like that? Particularly when you’re trying to book a meeting with a client, get a signature on a proposal or receive payment for your hard work?

You feel like you’re caught in this limbo and as hard as you try, you stay stuck in a holding pattern … all the while seeing your time and energy going nowhere fast.

I see this all the time. That’s why I’m always on the lookout for tools to automate the hum drum back end time wasters that keep you (and me) trapped on that treadmill.

Because you could be spending your time and energy working on things that grow your business and make a bigger impact on the world.

The good news is I’ve found some amazing free apps that will automate three of the most mundane time wasters you have in your business. These tech tools release you from the endless loop of following up with people.

If you’re interested in automating the boring, back end time wasting tasks in your business, then this week’s video is a much see.

You’re going to be so happy when I share these free tech tools with you.  Not only are they easy to use and even easier to implement, they are completely free … which likely works well with your bottom line, right?

Before I introduce them to you, I want to first fill you in on what they will do for you and your business.

First, they automate how stuff gets done. By putting these tools in your business, they essentially remove you from being the bottleneck and holding things up. Now, you can step away and work on more important things, while these tools make sure things get done.

Second, they allow you to set-it-and-forget-it. You get to invest your time and energy upfront and then you sit back and let the tools do the rest.

Lastly, it brings the self-serve concept to your business. It allows the other person to fill in the details you need to move things along. They love it because they don’t have to wait for you. It makes it easy for them … sort of like pumping your own gas. It puts the power in their hands.

I know, you’re likely thinking, this all sounds great. Can you just tell me what these three free tech tools are?  Of course …

1. Digital Signature

This is one tool that is a must-have in my business … mostly because it makes it SO easy for my clients.

They love it because they don’t have to scan anything and send it back to me. With a click of a couple of buttons it’s done and ready to quickly send back to me.

The one I use is HelloSign and they have a free version.

2. Online Scheduler

This is an essential tool in any solo business.

Rather than doing the back-and-forth dance (usually in email) of trying to find a time to meet, your clients can just select a time in your schedule that works for them.

Calendly is a great place to start and there is a free version.

3. Email Marketing

If you’re resisting keeping in touch with your community of clients, past clients and prospects, then an email marketing tool will fix that.

Email marketing shows your people that you care by allowing them to easily sign up and receive tips from you that will help them.

It also builds the Know, Like, Trust factor which is priceless in the sales and marketing world.

Mailchimp has a free version which is perfect if you’re just getting started.

Are you ready to get off the do-it-yourself treadmill?

Using these three free tech tools in your business will give you back hours in your day … and that’s time better spent working on high value, revenue generating activities that will take you and your business to the next level.

If you’re confused about where to start and which tool might be best for you, I’m here to help.

I do this all day, and love putting the right tech tools in your business to streamline your business back end.
